Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel up to 30 days before arrival. Guests will receive a 70% refund if they cancel up to 15 days before arrival. Changes to the reservation are allowed, and additional charges may apply if there is an increase in the rate.

Security Deposit

The security deposit is 350 EUR. In case of damage to the property, loss of items, or need for extra heavy cleaning, the guest will be informed within 24 hours after checkout whether the refund will be partial or total, the reasons, and if a deduction from the security deposit or a complete charge will be made. The refund will be made to the same payment method within 24 to 48 hours after checkout.

House Rules

Considering that we offer tranquility and that our Quinta strives to be a self-sustainable place with your cooperation, we permit these rules for the convenient rest of everyone.
 

  • Smoking is prohibited in the apartments or on the terrace where the dining area is located (smoking is allowed in the pergola area).

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Parties and events are not allowed (however, you may consult with the hosts if you wish to hold a small event, only if both apartments are rented).

  • We do not accommodate infants under 2 years of age.

  • Place recycling in the provided containers correctly; if you are unsure, you can always ask us.

  • It is prohibited to take beach towels or blankets from the sofas (but you can ask if we have any available for this use).

  • Use the Biodegradable recycling bin correctly; you can also ask how to do it.

  • Make sure to turn off the air conditioning or underfloor heating before leaving the apartment.

  • Quiet hours are from 00:00 to 07:00.

  • Ensure the barbecue area is left clean and tidy once the used charcoal is cold.

  • The entry and consumption of recreational drugs on the property are prohibited. If such a case occurs, we will be forced to cancel your reservation immediately and inform the relevant authorities.

  • Physical aggression towards hosts, Quinta staff, or other guests, if it occurs, will obligate us to inform the relevant authorities and cancel your reservation immediately without the right to a refund.
